There is a preview of this functionality on the "rate the vote" page in this app. This is not currently part of the architecture diagram but deserves a lot of attention. This idea came late in the process so we did not get any code written. There is a lot of ideas around this though. I suggest a design thinking workshop just for this feature to scope what should be done.
