Added option to choose version to install (#77)

* addVersionOption

* addVersionOption

* update chooseversion

* Updated install

* deleted check in list

* Re-add comment about "show-progress"

* Changed from spaces to tabs; slight wording changes

* Changed tabs back to spaces
