Huge refactoring compared to the previous version.

  • Added the AssemblyGenerator as its own project
  • Added the Dark Souls Memory Tracker as its own project
  • Added the LiveSplit plugin as its own project
  • The tracker can now keep track of the progression even if the game was closed / crashed
  • Use of Costura to compile everything in just one dll
