Redesigned CatForm.tsx to include required fields as indicated by a red asterisk. User can select from dropdown menus for some of the fields, added location and feral/stray fields. Stores data into Firebase with an auto-generated pin with the year, then the month, then date, then time post was submitted. Also can display the form in light and dark modes.
