This release of C-ALM-VOIP performs #1 and #2 .
This application now fully operates and can transport audio over TCP and UDP.
It has blocking support as well and can save its contacts and settings to XML editable files.
It is compatible with the previous version when using the non-XML serializer.
It uses calmclientandserver, naudio and CALM-WorkerPump as libraries.
WARNING their is a network bandwidth and memory issue as in #7 .
