It would be great to have methods for efficiently uploading sp package datatypes into CartoDB. I believe the main value that CartoDB provides for mapping in R is the ability to have dynamic zoomable plots. So, methods for importing all of SpatialPolygons, SpatialPolygonsDataFrame, SpatialLinesDataFrame, SpatialLines, SpatialGridDataFrame, SpatialPoints, and SpatialPointsDataFrame would be fantastic.
Thanks for such a great tool!
