When you have a dataset with countries and IPs, countries are geocoded.
It would make sense to prioritize IPs over them as they're less common in datasets (and usually if they're in a dataset is because they want to locate IPs).

- Tables containing a significant number of IP's are far less frequent
than tables containing countries.
- IP geocoding gives better precission.
- Points are lighter than polygons.
- The user can geocode by country afterwards if feels so.
