Plot signal traces

• Fix bug of undefined variables clean_win_idx and clean_win_run_flag.
• Organize main code.
• Remove irrelevant lines in subfunctions.
• Add plotting part for checking ECG peaks and Simband signal traces.
• Add README to the repository.
