CATTY-309 Use SynchronizedArray in UserListProtocol and add functions from UserDataContainer

Type of value in UserListProtocol changed to SynchronizedArray.
Following functions are moved from UserDataContainer to UserListProtocol and UserList class:

• addToUserList
• insertToUserList
• deleteFromUserList
• replaceItemInUserList
