- Added tests for mzML and Bruker Flex data loading
- Added test for mzML data processing (not nessesary to check for both file formats)
- Tests are run before a container is build
- Cleaned up and removed a lot of code that is not needed any more
- Reorganization of project folder
- sync package loading with req.txt file
- clean up main directory
- update actions/cache to v4.0.2
- removed more left overs from LASSO experiment
- remove lasso tab
