Mercury - Added New Seed Node

I added a new seed node for the network. This should fix the slow syncing or syncing errors.

This update is NOT required. This update optional if you feel you have a problem with syncing.

Mercury - Fork Patch

Please use this version (1.2.2.1) instead of the recently released 1.2.2.0.
