Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, linchpin has multiprocessing and progress bar integrated while provisioning.
which is causing problems for API calls. we would like to make the feature optional and configurable.
Describe the solution you'd like
add flag progress_bar in linchpin.conf and switch it on while it is true
