Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, linchpin GitHub jobs fail when one job fails in one of the operating systems.

Describe the solution you'd like
Given the fewer resources being used by the tests. It would be great if we could get all the tests running in linchpin GitHub actions with stopping at failures in operating systems.
