It is not possible to run a basic pip install of the requirements.txt file as it exists in the repository at present.
Steps to reproduce:
Expected result: Pip should install all necessary packages
Actual result: Pip exits with the following error message Collecting python-openstackclient==0.8.6 (from -r requirements.txt (line 18)) Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement python-openstackclient==0.8.6 (from -r requirements.txt (line 18)) (from versions: 0.2.0, 0.2.1, 0.2.2, 0.3.0, 0.3.1, 0.4.0, 0.4.1, 1.0.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, 1.0.3, 1.0.4, 1.0.5, 1.1.0, 1.2.0, 1.3.0, 1.4.0, 1.5.0, 1.6.0, 1.7.0, 1.7.1, 1.7.2, 1.8.0, 1.9.0, 2.0.0, 2.1.0, 2.2.0, 2.3.0, 2.4.0, 2.5.0, 2.6.0, 3.0.0, 3.0.1, 3.1.0, 3.2.0, 3.3.0) No matching distribution found for python-openstackclient==0.8.6 (from -r requirements.txt (line 18))

The latest merged should have python-openstack without a version. I wonder if you are at the latest?
