/about_team page loads very slowly

Pictures and details for each team member load very slowly, especially bad on slower network connections. Need to work on optimizing.

Each image is 2+ mb. @jlcohoon, these need to be reduced to 72dpi jpgs with
some level of compression. The dimensions are also off--they look stretched.

file size is fixed, when you resize the window, there is a small period where the images don't adjust size correctly and get squished. I don't have time to keep looking right now, @caneruguz do you?

The files are still quite large; one was almost 1 mb. @lyndsysimon can you please shrink these down? Thanks!
