UPDATE: The problem seems only to take place with Safari or Firefox. In Chrome [75.0.3770.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)] the figshare connection works as expected.
However, I get stuck during Step 2 (configure figshare), as every time I try to connect the link points me to an institutional login page. Is this normal, or is there a solution to also connect without an institutional figshare account?
I tried both in Safari [12.1 (14607.1.40.1.4)] and Firefox Quantum [67.0 (64-bit)] in macOS Mojave [10.14.4 (18E226)] , with adblockers (uBlock origin) activated and deactivated.
Thanks!

Dear,
I am very enthusiast about the OSF Framework, and want to use it to get the data of my thesis online in an organised way. I use figshare to organise my data (figures, data sets, ...), and tried to connect my account to OSF using the FAQ [http://help.osf.io/m/addons/l/863988-connect-figshare-to-a-project#enable-bitbucket-in-your-project].
However, I get stuck during Step 2 (configure figshare), as every time I try to connect the link points me to an institutional login page. Is this normal, or is there a solution to also connect without an institutional figshare account?
