Purpose

These changes update dependencies for better performance and add new features for enhanced geolocation and image processing.

Removed python-magic
Replaced maxminddb-geolite2 with geoip2
Switched from Pystache to Mako for better template rendering performance
Added a new parameter in the nameparser module for specifying string encoding, enhancing data handling flexibility
Updated the transitions module to its latest version for access to new features and improvements
Added new dependencies: Pillow for image processing and geoip2 for enhanced geolocation capabilities
