Full support for dynamic java activity code

Currently, we support executing the java code contained in a dynamic java activity for an in-flight instance, as well as code for an edited process instance of the latest version of process definition. However, once a new process version is deployed, we do not currently execute the correct code for those edited process instances which are now considered an in-flight edited process instance.
