Learn about vigilant mode.

Added better checking that the selected file is an mcnp output, to avoid a bug where an mcnp input could be selected. The checker now looks for the string "Code Name & Version = MCNP" in the first line of the output, whereas previously it just looked for "MCNP". Obviously this can still fail if this string is in the first line of the file.
