Update for compatibility with new versions of 3ds Max #55

Fixes #53 and should also fix #54. The plugin should now display in the Export menu and upload data to Cesium ion without any further changes. For reference, this was tested with the latest version of 3ds Max 2021.

@j9liu Just checked this and I seem to be getting the desired functionality - the Kokura Castle shows up in the folder "My Assets" on Cesium ion. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
