Tweak for mobile/narrow displays

The WebGL 1 tab was being coverted by the `Fork Me` ribbon on mobile devices (or any narrow device), making it hard to get back to WebGL 1. I simply moved the ribbon to the right side of the screen and updated the official images to match.
