Check for duplicate nickname of pokemon #72

Currently you can genpoke a pokemon of the same nickname as another and create duplicates.

Create a check in genpoke and modpoke to see if a pokemon with the same name already exists.

Down the line we could check whether the discordID matches the person running the command.
