meant to open this PR before but this adds an index.html to the root level (since our root isn't a crate that generates an index on documenation build). Redirects https://chainsafe.github.io/ferret to the node crate page, but this can be changed to whatever crate intended.
Pages deployment is broken now, but this will work once it is, I have tested on my own repo.
