Replaced shared crates from actors with local versions

Summary of changes
Changes introduced in this pull request:

• Avoids having to rely on releases when making updates, imo better long term plan but I'm open to suggestions
• Only ones not replaced are hamt and Amt, because those need to be versioned differently and cannot be replaced to the same crate
• Deduplicates crates (some referencing local and released for basically the same code
