It would be helpful to have Brigadier command support with Chameleon.
This should be fairly easy to do as platforms like Velocity and Minestom have native support for Brigadier.

Blocked until Incendo/cloud#252 is merged.
We want to move to using the Cloud command framework to resolve both this pull request and #107

As it looks like Incendo/cloud#252 won't be merged anytime soon, it might be worth looking into creating our own command system that supports Brigadier.
