On your website’s sign-up page, there’s a radio box for selecting if one’s an EU resident. I assume this is in relation to GDPR. There are non-EU countries that have implemented parts of or all of GDPR as well, and I believe the GDPR applies for any connections made from a jurisdiction in which the GDPR is active. As such, the text should rather read "GDPR applies to me", than "I am an EU resident".
