This paper looks at the response of different forms of biodiversity to both landscape and local variables.
The starting dataset is available to download from figshare (link to be added upon publication). This includes the PREDICTS data and the landscape variables for each locations. This dataset is created in script 1. However, you can use the dataset provided and start from Script 2_MODEL_SELECTION to save downloading all the additional datasets.
