Build VTK 7.1.1 from conda feedstock with Python3.10 #3

Supports issues #1 (broken scene rendering) and #2 (colab notebook)

  • Version changed to 7.1.1 as:
    • 7.0.0 turns out not to be absolutely essential although it's the version in the Docker image where visualisation works.
    • 7.1.1 is a better candidate as it's the latest in the 7.x.x series, available in Ubuntu repositories, and old enough to work with existing code without requiring a large number of fixes.
