Describe the bug
使用清空上下文按钮时，新的上下文中用户的第一条聊天记录会缺失

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. 点击清空上下文
  2. 用户发一条消息
  3. gpt回复
  4. 用户再发一条消息
    这时这个请求里的上下文不包含2的那条用户消息，只包含3和4的消息

Expected behavior
请求中应该包含清空上下文操作之后的所有消息，包括2,3,4
