[Feature Request]: Add more environment variable options

Problem Description

I am not able to set defaults for Temperature, tokens, mask splash screen, font size, etc.

Solution Description

I would like all of the options in the settings to be configurable with default values using environment variables.

Alternatives Considered

Currently, each user has to go in and manually set everything.

Thank you for your feedback, we will consider the proposal, but some function can't be controlled through env vars, because it's a necessary capability of the system
