Emote Picker should allow interacting with emotes like in chat

What should be added?
This is more of a refactor than a new feature, but currently (commit 50d669a), when you try to right-click on any emote in Emote Picker it shows you an option to copy message / full message:

I assume it is a thing because each emote set is considered to be a one big message. Thus, you can copy whole giant sets of emotes but I doubt that anyone finds this useful.

What I would like to see however is an option to right-click on a certain emote and interact with it like in chat - copy / open link to it:

One more thing: upon right-clicking an emote, apart from extra Open & Copy sub-menus there should be also something that would let you copy the emote itself. I think it can be added to Copy sub-menu, like Copy -> Emote Name. It would also be great if that worked with both emotes in chat and Emote Picker.

Why should it be added?
This will replace / expand pointless "copy-whole-emote-set" section with something, that can make some things quicker, like copying BTTV emote link without having to type that damn and then interacting with it.
