Export msf-abbrev abbrevation into YASnippets

abbrev_to_ya.py is the script file to do the translate work.

libc directory is all you need to save into yasnippet directory.

HOWTO: 

1. copy libc/ to yasnippets directory
2. modify snippets/c-mode/.yas-parents:
    cc-mode --> libc
   do the same operation to the snippets/c++-mode/.yas-parents
3. restart emacs
4. have fun
