For Server Owners
It seems you decided to open new server and community! This page provides some instruction and tips that will help you to open new server!
Currently, NutScript has Two Version. 1.0 and 1.1. Chessnut and Black Tea (rebel1324) has stopped the support on Old NutScript 1.0. If you're running old version of NutScript 1.0, You might think about porting your stuffs to 1.1
To Open NutScript Server, You must fulfill the following requirements:
- PAC3 Lite
- A Dedicated Server: Local Hosting or Hosting Providers
- NutScript Framework 1.1
- Schema to run: ModernRP or [HL2RP] (https://github.com/Chessnut/hl2rp/tree/1.1) or Custom Schema
Since there is two official schemas that provides good schema development standard, If you're going to make new schema for your community or the server It's not going to be that hard because the code is not obfuscated or not commented.
After hosting the server you must clarify your server's concept. If you're opening the server without clear concept, It's not going to work so well. Because, players don't get what to do in the schema and they usually go rage or minge and ruin the Roleplay Experiment.
Since NutScript provides wide variety of plugins and Simple and Clear Development standard, Making or Getting the schema that has good universe won't be that hard.
