Chimera Windows GUI Electron Wallet v4.0.0
Notes: Mixin level of zero allowed for easier transaction sending.
For the Linux Release:
- Download
- Right click "Chimera-v4.0.0-linux.AppImage"
- Select Properties >> Permission Tab >> Check “Allow executing the file as program"
- Double click the file
- Once open, create a new wallet or import a wallet using keys or seed
- Select a location to save the encrypted key file on your computer. Record the password and store in a safe place.
- Select a node to synchronize the wallet
- Once fully synced, transactions can be made.
For the Windows Release:
- Uninstall the previous version if you have one using the Windows control panel
- Download and unzip
- Double-click the exe file to activate wallet installer
- Select Open or Create New wallet. Save all wallet info if creating a new wallet
- Select Node to connect to
- Wait for wallet to fully sync and then you may send transactions or view balance
