software: add qtractor

To satisfy ladspa-host dependency ardour was pulled in at build time: that is a software that requires more than 100MB of space by itslef (not counting dependencies). Qtractor also satisfy said dependency and is about 7MB so specify that to avoid ardour being automatically pulled in.
