Thhis pull-request remove all the
react-native-webspecific code and left only the extra modules so they can be used standalone. This way it's easier to get up with newer versions of upstreamreact-native-web. Also it removes deprecatedNavigationcomponent and update all the dependencies. Only missing part is to movereact-pull-to-refreshmodule to an independent package instead of being blundled and update it to match upstream code and use latests dependencies. This is related to #2
