A command-line-to-Rails-app for calculating average arrival times for flights.
- Uses TDD with Rspec to convert time and properly assign AM or PM.
- Parses CSV data from Bureau of Transportation Statistics to seed database.
- Stacking Angular on top of Rails to dynamically serve flight data.
The command line app lives in 'flight-time-command-line directory and can be run via 'ruby app.rb'.
