If you are looking for a USB enclosure that works with TCG OPAL drives and passes through commands via sedutil-cli.exe, here you go:

This is not a great enclosure, it is kind of flimsy, but it is relatively cheap and passes through sedutil commands perfectly in Windows 10.

Generally, the enclosure must support both SATA and NVMe. If it supports NVMe only, it will not work. I have tried several different vendors of SATA+NVMe, and I have not found one that doesn't work.
