USB drive set up as device storage often turning read-only

The file system on an USB drive set up as device storage often gets remounted read-only.

This can more easily be provoked by writing a large amount of data to the storage, e.g. by sideloading and running the Disk / Speed Performance Test. After writing data for some seconds, the file system is remounted as read-only. The app then displays the following error:

I/O Error
Error occured during benchmark:write failed: EROFS (Read-only file system)

The TV has to be rebooted afterwards in order to be usable again.
