USB drive set up as device storage fails to be mounted

Some USB drives (e.g. SanDisk Ultra Flair 128GB) fail to be mounted after having been formatted as device storage. They appear as being "safely ejected" under Settings > Storage and reset.

I am also attaching a logcat of a mount attempt. [DOWNLOAD]

It might be related to issue #28.

The drives work properly when being formatted and mounted as removable storage.
