NuGetjob kind of depends on Convert account into an organization or create a new organization and move the project to it #62, so this PR should only be squashed and merged after it has been resolved, so that the whole team can manage important repository settings. The settings then need to be configured in accordance with thebuild.ymlscript.The CI is controlled by the
CODEOWNERSfile, which currently only specifies the@CirrusRedOrg/ci-adminsteam. This should avoid unwanted changes to the workflow file and thus code executions by random PRs.Fixes #147
