  • Default application directory /opt/citoengine/app. All files within this directory can be modified by future upgrades without having to worry about losing any configuration/logs.
  • Configuration location at /opt/citoengine/conf. This location will remain untouched upon subsequent upgrades
  • Default log directory /opt/citoengine/logs. This location will remain untouched upon subsequent upgrades
