Deprecates the spider for Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals (
chi_zoning_board)Why are we doing this?
This spider appears to have been broken since Dec, 2023. It could be re-built but the agency lists few meetings each year and the HTML is poorly structured. My judgement is that it would be easier to simply add these meetings manually into Documenters.org. If needed, we can rebuild this scraper at a later date.
