When displaying a single program, we should include the location information

There's no room in the session information, (see #10 ) but we can add the overall activity's location up in the sidebar.

Draw location_url link if PROMT has one

PROMT added a new location_url field for programs.  Not all
of them will have one; but, if they do, we should use them.
