open311-mobile is an reference client of the Open311 protocol. It is currently available via iTunes under the name, "GeoReporter". GeoReporter should work for any organizations with an Open311 GeoReport v2 compliant endpoint server.

Open311 GeoReport v2 is an open standard for sharing non-emergency issues in public spaces. Common issues include potholes, broken streetlights, garbage, vandalism, and other problems that compromise public spaces and infrastructure.

We've set up a Google Group mailing list. All community discussion for any of our open311-mobile (iOS, Android, Kuali, Windos, etc.) projects can take place there.
