The referenced issue ClangBuiltLinux/linux#35
was fixed in 2019 when clang 10 gained support for this feature on arm.

Thanks for the warm welcome team :) I jumped back in as a while back I borrowed some cbl work to do CI on the targets I maintain for OpenBMC, and it was time to rebase on master:
