This software update brings in general improvements of current functionalities.

Release date: February 4, 2024

From now on, all modules will be shipped to privates and resellers with the Sibilla v1.2 firmware already uploaded and will be marked with the round label 1.2 on the back.

Improvements

  • Output volume increased by 3dB for both stereo and mono output configurations.
  • Optimised stereo output balance for a more even spatial distribution of harmonics and subharmonics.
  • Optimised white noise spread across both audio channels to eliminate chances of clipping when using Backdrop and Resonance at their maximum values in mono configuration.

Module power consumption

Power consumption stays unchanged:

  • +12V: 125mA;
  • -12V: 30mA;
  • +5V: 0mA;
