Certify the signature message:

When sending mail messages, certify the signature with PGP keys, if the letter is not signed and the sender's master key is available.
Valid for the SMTP protocol. (anonymity)

Encrypt message text:

When sending email messages, encrypt the contents of the message with PGP keys if the message is not encrypted and the recipient's public key is available.
Valid for the SMTP protocol. (anonymity)

Local delivery of an incoming message:

If disabled, all mail will be treated as external mail and an attempt will be made to send it through the mail provider's server.
It is not recommended to disable this mode. (debug)

Check incoming sender address:

When receiving incoming messages via the SMTP protocol, check whether the sent "FROM" field during the session matches the "FROM" message header.
In case of inconsistency, the letter will be rejected and placed in the "Error" folder. (anti-spam)

Write session log:

Detailed logging of POP3/SMTP mail sessions:
Useful when there are problems with settings in various email clients. (debug)

DNSBL filter:

Enables IP address checking when receiving messages on an external DNSBL server, increases resistance to spam attacks. (anti-spam)

Akismet SPAM message check:

To use Akismet's integrated anti-spam protection, you will need an API key to enable the integration, the key can be obtained at akismet.com.
