This is a SCPSL Plugin which Broadcasts to all players the player who was banned/kicked, and also makes C.A.S.S.I.E talk when someone is banned or kicked, i have alzheimer. and it makes C.A.S.S.I.E talk when someone is Kicked or banned.
Requirements for the plugin: EXILED 2.11.1 or newer
Change Broadcast text and C.A.S.S.I.E message at %appdata%/EXILED/Configs/YourServerPort-config.yml
