Added new exec built-in command that executes a list of commands in a file (a .cfg text file relative to the executable) in one go.

Added support for the new login throttling message.

The first release build for Cosmos Console Remote. Releases here will be Windows-only, but you can build the project on any .NET 6 supported platform.
